Advantages
- Used along with suitable epoxy resins, Aradur 43-1 presents the following features:
- 1. a relatively low level of viscosity making it easy to work
- 2. good curing properties with relatively long working time; under cool/damp application conditions, the (proportional) use of the reactive hardener Aradur 43-1 S is appropriate
- 3. good mechanical properties
- 4. good all-round chemical resistance
- 5.smooth, glossy, non-tacky cured films (above 12 °C)
- 6. good anti-corrosion protection
- 7. light-coloured films with good colour stability.
- Aradur 43-1 is the nonylphenolfree version of Aradur 43
Other Applications
In combination with liquid epoxy resins, preferably such as Araldite® GY 783 and
GY 793, Aradur 43-1 is suitable for the production of solvent-free floorings, epoxy resin
mortars and anti-corrosion coatings.
Storage
Aradur 43-1 should be stored in a dry place, preferably in the sealed original container, at
temperatures between 2 and 40 °C. The product should not be stored exposed to direct
sunlight.
