Storage

keeps for 6 months from date of delivery of tightly closed, protected from frost and strong heat.

Handling

Degalan® 4032 D fulfills the requirements according FDA 21 CFR 175.300.
In order to ensure that the lacquer adheres well to aluminium foil, the latter should be primered (1-2 μm dry film thickness) with Degalan® 4140 D or a PVC copolymer, e.g. Vinnol® H 15/45 from Wacker Chemie. Recommended film thickness of Degalan® 4032 D is 7μm.
Drying:Directly after coating with a minimum of 30 sec. of 180°C.
