SL200 is an organic poly-phosphate with strong complexation with ferri, copper, zinc and other metal ion, usually used as complexant and water stabilizer. It’s stable to high pH, radiation and heat, better than other organic phosphate. Due to its excellent complexation with aqueous metal ion especially calcium ion, favorable scale inhibition can be achieved. Because of low toxicity it’s recommended to apply in personal care products, such as antidandruff shampoo including ZPT/SPT to prevent color changing as a result of metal ion existence, or hair dye in case of oxidation.
