Undiluted or glacial methacrylic acid [MAA]. Acts as a reactant for synthesis of other methacrylate esters. It is manufactured in industrial settings in closed systems and used by industry for manufacture of polymers in closed and semi-closed systems.

Shelf life of the standard stabilized product: 6 months between 20 °C and 25°C from date of delivery.
Maintain the temperature of the methacrylic acid between 18 °C and approx. 35°C. The ideal storage temperature is 20 °C ─ 25°C. Depending on the situation, temperatures up to 40°C may occur during transport.
Below 16 °C the GMAA crystallizes and is depleted of dissolved oxygen and inhibitor. Hence the process of unfreezing has to be done very carefully.
